Either for a single night or for a longer stay, Donald and Laetitia Gisclon will be happy to help you discovering this part of Provence. These former residents of the "South", who learnt their craft in some of the most famous Parisian establishments like Plaza Athénée or Senderens Restaurant, have met ten years ago at the Abbaye de La Celle, in the south of France, where Laetitia worked in the hotel, and Donald in the restaurant. Last year, after almost ten years spent in the busy French capital, they decided to find the peaceful place that they were dreaming of, in the middle of Provence. This is finally in Salon de Provence that the former pastry chef of a two Michelin stars and the former housekeeper general decided to start up their own business.
With pleasure, they do their very best to meet all your expectations for one night, and probably more...
