100% of its surface area cultivated in organic, sustainable or biodynamic agriculture. Figures which testify to the desire of producers to respect the land they work, a 30 km strip which occupies the north and south slopes of the Alpilles.
Style and character
With its typically Mediterranean climate, its regular Mistral which protects from the cold and rain, its dazzling light and finally its very particular soil,
Made up of scree or stone sandstone, this vineyard benefits from ideal weather conditions. It covers 6 municipalities including Baux-de-Provence, this dizzying village renowned for being one of the most beautiful in France. Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Cinsault constitute its main grape varieties.
• IGP Alpilles

AOP Côteaux d’Aix-en-Provence
IGP Méditerranée
IGP Bouches-du-Rhône
• IGP PAYS DES BOUCHES-DU-RHÔNE
Magnificent vineyard which stretches from Aix-en-Provence to the lands of Camargue and the Mediterranean Sea.
IGP label since 2009. Its wines from the southernmost part can claim the territorial label “Terre de Camargue”.
Style and character
Benefiting from mild winters and dry summers characteristic of the region's Mediterranean climate, the wine from this relatively unknown vineyard turns out to be a high quality product whether red, rosé or white. Moreover, in the 15th century, the “good king René”, Count of Provence
and esthete, was not mistaken. His personal vineyard on the outskirts of Aix-en-Provence was very renowned and played a large part in the development of rosé!
• IGP MEDITERRANÉE
Nobility districts
Known in turn as “Portes de la Méditerranée”, then “Vin de Pays de la Méditerranée” to become in 2009 the IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) Mediterranean, these wines flourish in ten departments distributed between the regions Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur and Corsica and have become very popular.
Style and character
With nearly 400 producing structures and 10,500 hectares of vines, this IGP (the largest in the South-East of France) presents a mosaic of identities and territories:
from the Hautes-Alpes to the coastal coves via the Lubéron Massif, no less than a hundred grape varieties coexist and come together. Hence great freedom given to winegrowers to interpret red, white and rosé.

AOP Côteaux d’Aix-en-Provence
IGP Méditerranée
• AOP CÔTEAUX D’AIX-EN-PROVENCE
Nobility districts
The westernmost wines of Provence are grown from the Durance to the Mediterranean Sea, and from the Rhône valley in the west to the Sainte-Victoire mountain in the east.
Suffice to say that this vineyard represented a formidable surface of inspiration for the great Cézanne.
A beautiful surface of expression for the 79 producers who create with the same demand for quality, this AOP very typical of Aix Provence.
Style and character
If we combine the benefits of sunshine, the protection of the mistral, the mild winters and the indulgence of bad weather, we obtain a particularly generous Mediterranean climate conducive to the making of exceptional wines.
The blending of various grape varieties (grenache, sauvignon, bourboulenc, clairette, etc.) allows them to develop a character to flatter
palates that love new sensations. Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Cinsault constitute its main grape varieties.
